Even if we didn\u2019t meet the typical age for having a hearing problem, they still listened to us, and performed a comprehensive hearing test. The warrantee was just about up on the hearing aids I was using, so JoAnn suggested I try the newer model, which I did. They didd not work out for me as I was getting substantial feedback in both ears. I ended up not getting the new hearing aids, but it wasn't for lack of effort on her part, as she adjusted them multiple times. Perhaps when the next generation of aids comes out they will work better.",

My dad's appointment was with JoAnn Dunn and she was extremely knowledgeable about the hearing aid instrumentation.\nWe totally appreciate her patience and the attention that she gave us in trying out different settings and helping us understand the different options for my dad in choosing the right hearing aid.\nMost important, she never tried to force us into picking any specific solution - instead she really took the effort to give us all information that we needed to make the right choice even if that meant we didn't pick the device from her center.\nShe has really great work ethics and excellent knowledge in her domain.",

Joan was obviously highly professional, capable and personable, performing a very comprehensive checkup on my hearing aids, which are now performing far better than they have been recently. I was asked to have my wife accompany me so that my hearing could be tested against her speech, which I thought was a good test of how the aids would perform during daily use around home.
